When we work together, my role is to offer flower essences as allies to your own inner healing work. I support clients in:
Navigating times of uncertainty or transition
Reclaiming wholeness in the face of ongoing oppression
Coming home to yourself by reconnecting with your intuition
Moving through grief and loss (including loss of loved ones, ending of relationships, and life changes)
Reclaiming a sense of safety in trust in one’s body
Learning to work with the gifts and overwhelm of being a Highly Sensitive Person
Supporting folks as they cross identity thresholds (Gender transitions, parenthood, birthdays, returning to self after divorce, separation or other big openings)
Our sessions are a space for deep listening, reflection, and intuitive guidance. Together, we explore what is currently present in your life and where you are seeking support.
Our work may include:
Channeling and intuitive listening
Somatic exercises and tracking sensation in the body
Deep witnessing and reflection
Automatic writing practices
Ancestral connection
Following each session, I will prepare a custom flower essence blend for you, crafted from what arises in our work together. Your essence will be mailed to you via priority mail (within the United States.) and is included in the cost of your session. If you live internationally, we will arrange shipping separately. Occasionally, I may also create and send a flower bath as part of your support.

A session together is a conversation, either over the phone or in person. I start by asking you what it is you’ve come seeking support in, and the dialogue takes shape from there. The bulk of our work is deepening into awareness of your personal narratives, tracking sensation in the body, and affirming and returning to the specific ways you embody your intuition and divine knowing.
