Night Vision is a three-month container of deep flower essence support for those navigating profound uncertainty , when the road ahead is unclear, when life asks you to surrender old ways of seeing, and when you are learning to trust in the dark.

This is a space for sitting with transition, tending yourself through the unknown, and cultivating inner steadiness amidst big change.

Together, we will work with flower essences, your embodied knowing, and your spiritual guidance to support this path of transformation. You’ll cultivate your own tools of self witness, to track the patterns that arise when uncertainty surfaces, and anchor in practices that help you move forward with greater trust and alignment. Along the way, you will build relationship with different plant allies and attune to the ways plants speak to you directly.

What’s included:

Sessions are responsive and shaped by what emerges. Our work may include ritual, somatic reflection, dreamwork, ancestral guidance, plant medicine, and intuitive insight.

  • Four 60-minute sessions per month (phone or Zoom)

  • Personalized flower essence formulations crafted in response to what is unfolding in your life

  • One mailed support package each month, includes your flower essences, and may include other ritual tools, custom blended floral baths,

  • Practices for tending relationship with ancestors, intuition, body, land, and belonging

  • Space to explore recurring relational, emotional, ancestral, and spiritual patterns

  • Support navigating periods of transition, grief, uncertainty, longing, and transformation

  • Ongoing support for integrating what emerges between sessions

  • Voice note and text support between sessions as needed (response within 24 hours)
